We’re excited to introduce the 11600 American Dream Way project, Reston’s newest upscale townhome community being developed by Wheelock Communities. We have created this website to be a repository of information about the project to ensure that our neighbors know what is going on with the construction of this exciting new community. Construction on the new community commenced in August 2024 and it should be completed by December 2026.
Here you’ll find information about the construction schedule of the community, major milestones, and how to get up-to-date information about any interruptions that construction might create. We have a newsletter that we will post on here, as well as FAQs, and other documents that we can share to show you the progress of this beautiful new community.
We will continue to work closely with our construction and homebuilding partners, neighbors, Fairfax County, and other stakeholders to ensure we communicate progress to our neighbors so that we can all enjoy watching this exciting, new community come to life!
